What is our response to the modern-day environmental problems? What is that one gift we can make to posterity at almost no cost? What is the most important ecological solution that we have to leverage to put the broken pieces of our planet together? It's planting trees. More qustions can be asked but the answer to our impending doom remains this - planting trees. Imagine, if the tree takes root it will far outlive any other action, good or evil. And with this in mind, Red FM Rajasthan is creating our very own Jungleraaj - a mega plantation drive. Honestly, with the drastic climate change hovering over our present and futures, planting trees should be on top of our priority lists. Today is all we have so together let's do something about it. Here's to a hopeful tomorrow where the next generation can breathe! RedFM #Jungleraaj

If the government was a wish-granting factory our collective wish as an industry would be to work towards making it a level playing field with other platforms. We have some serious expectations from this year's Budget. I have listed mine and would love to know the kind of budget expectations you hope can see in the light of day in your specific industry. As the radio industry continues to connect and engage communities, it is crucial to address the challenges. As well described by Storyboard18, it was a honour to be speaking and discussing the need for key reforms, including de-linking NOTEF, revising GST rates, and mandating radio on mobile devices with Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw. These changes are essential for fostering growth and innovation in our sector. Akanksha Nagar RedFM #RadioBroadcasting #BroadcastingIndustry https://lnkd.in/gRAXrz_N

Everyone has a working smile. But only a select few have a genuine work smile. Meet Neeraj Kumar, the backbone of our Finance & Accounts team who embodies the latter with genuine warmth. Neeraj’s journey with Red FM began 19 years ago, it was his first job. Back then, Neeraj’s commute felt like reading a chapter on hard-working men. He'd start his day at 7:30 AM, hitchhiking for 10 km, catching a local train, and then biking the rest of the way. Today, he still travels 60 km one way to work, but the travel fatigue has softened over the years. But something that hasn't and shouldn't ever fade away is his smile that travels all the way to his eyes. His kindness extends beyond his duties; he still brings us fresh lassi from the farms in the summer, and in the winter, his lunch boxes are filled with Gud ki roti. He is also always the first to volunteer for any help the office may need. A recent memory that pops up is Neeraj's dance performance at one of our potluck events. Because he is so confident in himself, he can put himself out there, a feat only a few can manage. Over the years, I have seen him grow and get a little bald for his age. He has always been an asset behind the scenes and in front too. I've never tried poaching him because he isn't going anywhere. Is it right or is it right, Neeraj? Here’s to Neeraj and all the amazing people who make Red FM a lively and fun place—even in the finance department! #HoomansOfRedFM
