With over 220 employees currently and an enviable track record, the firm is recognised as one of the best in the world, in their area, for the solutions they provide to their blue-chip customer base. The company is at a stage in its maturity where the appointment of an accomplished HR Leader is a high priority to lead and shape the overall Group HR function to enhance the overall organisation structure, provide tangible benefits to the overall employee organisation into the future, and to support the ambitious scaling plans for the business. This Exec level Board position will be based from our client’s Connacht based Headquarters in the North West of Ireland with a locally based candidate the preference.
