Since its inception in 2014, the JC Youth Football Leadership Scheme (the Scheme) has engaged over 360 youths who have actively participated in the Scheme, orchestrating community football carnivals benefiting over 640 primary school students in Hong Kong. Notably, over 40 outstanding young leaders were awarded the opportunity to visit Manchester, engaging in cultural exchanges and participating in community activities. Manchester United Academy U16 squad arrives in Hong Kong for JC Youth Football Academy Summit The JC Youth Football Academy Summit, organised by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, got underway on Monday (5 August) with the arrival of 22 Manchester United Academy U16 squad members arriving for a week-long cultural and football exchange programme with young local football players running until 12 August. The Manchester United Academy U16 squad visited The Hong Kong Jockey Club Tuen Mun Public Riding School yesterday (6 August) for a tour of its stables and facilities as well as an equestrian demonstration, to learn about the Club’s contributions to equestrian development. The Club has been a long-time supporter of local football development.
