Hong Yip is awarded as Winner of "Grand Prize Award" 2022-2024 under ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme Hong Yip was recognized as one of the winners of the “Grand Prize Award” under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” at the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” Presentation Ceremony 2024, which took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 6 August 2024.  Hong Yip has been receiving this award since its inception and we are among the first batch of companies winning the "Super MD Award".   We are honored to receive this award which recognizes our commitment to corporate social responsibility by supporting and promoting ERB courses and services as well as fostering industry collaboration, so as to contribute to the provision of valuable training and development to build talented practitioners in our industry.   Over the years, we have rendered unswerving support for various training and collaboration initiatives of ERB, including providing internships and employment opportunities for ERB trainees from a wide variety of programs as well as joining hands with ERB and designated training bodies to nurture talent through the “Hire and Train Scheme”, “Tailor-made Programme” and “One-stop Training and Employment Scheme”, etc, with a view to encouraging the latent workforce to enter the labour market.   Moving forward, Hong Yip will continue to adhere to our corporate philosophy in fostering talent development and advocate continuous learning in order to enhance the manpower development in the property and management industry as well as to help different age groups integrate into the workforce community.   The “Grand Prize Award” was presented to companies (below photo left 3- Hong Yip) in recognition of their unswerving support to ERB training courses and collaboration projects. #ERB #HongYip

Fair Trade & SDGs Award (公平永續大賞) 2023/24 We are happy to receive the Bronze Award of Fair Trade & SDG Award 2023-2024 at the Fair-Trade Awards ceremony organized by Fair Trade Hong Kong on 28 June 2024. This award acknowledges our Company’s continuous support for fair trade & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and recognises our contributions in these important areas over the past year. This is the second year for Hong Yip to join the Corporate Partnership Scheme as one of the corporate partners. We first joined the Scheme in 2019 and won the Silver Award of the Fair Trade Award. Hong Yip is always committed to promoting and engaging in the philosophy of fair trade, a significant driver of SDGs. We have integrated the fair trade principles into practice and our daily business operations in managing our properties, such as the introduction of various ESG initiatives, and the implementation of Company’s policies like those on equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and equal work, equal pay. We aim at contributing to a sustainable development with a fair, level-playing ground in our company. These awards serve as great recognition and endorsement of Hong Yip’s relentless efforts in three major areas:   Firstly, we established the pioneering Hong Yip People Development Academy in 2007, which is the first in the industry accredited by The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications to run government-recognized QF Level 1-4 in-house training programs. The Academy was also endorsed by the Property Management Services Authority to deliver specified courses for PMP Tier 2 License, making it the first and the only in-house training program run by a company that is recognized by PMSA for this purpose.           Secondly, we have made significant progress in developing outstanding HR strategy and practices by integrating ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) elements to the talent development.       Last but not the least, these initiatives and practices have also been persistently implemented in our workplaces for our employees across our branches in the Greater Bay Area, demonstrating our outstanding people-oriented culture.   Thanks for the staunch support of our Management and the untiring efforts of our dedicated HR team. Mixed Reality (MR) smartglasses for new units inspections developed by Hong Yip and Hong Kong Metropolitan University was awarded the prestigious Platinum Award at the Inter-Institutional Competition (IIC) 2024 on 9 Mar, organized by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).   The Platinum Award was bestowed upon Hong Yip is a dedication to excellence and commitment to contribute to facility management field. Hong Yip Service Company Limited participated in the "1st OSH Innovation and Technology Award Contest" organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Council’ with the project called "Three R(VR/AR/MR) Virtual Building - Integrated Emergency Handling Platform". The Contest aims to ignite the spirit of innovation and enhances occupational safety and health.   Hong Yip is honored to be the first and only property management company to receive two awards in the Contest at its award-presentation ceremony held on 8 March, recognizing our commitment to innovation and untiring efforts in enhancing occupational safety and health:- 1. 1st OSH Innovation & Technology Award - Silver Award (Open Category) 2.
