Our four Brands, Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot & Fursac offer their own vision of elegance to their collections and invite each of us to reveal our uniqueness. SMCP has a singular history. In 1984 and 1998 respectively, Evelyne Chetrite and Judith Milgrom wanted to empower women in all facets of their everyday lives. Sandro, then Maje were created in Paris and continue to be directed by their founders. In 2008, Sandro also dresses men with the creative touch of Ilan Chetrite. In 2019, the Group acquired Fursac. The eponymous brand Claudie Pierlot was founded in 1984 and acquired by SMCP in 2009. The Group embodies the stories of bold and passionate women, driven by the same ambition: to create luxury products, no-frills fashion, for everybody.

Store’s environmental performance In August, 4 SANDRO and maje stores in China were awarded LEED Gold environmental certification. LEED certification is an international benchmark for the environmental performance of buildings in terms of energy, materials, water or indoor air quality. 17 Maje and SANDRO stores in Asia are now LEED certified. SMCP celebrates Diversity and Inclusion around the world 👩🏼🤝👨🏿🌍 SMCP Asia On World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, more than 150 SMCP employees from different countries in Asia were invited to join and participate to the D&I event "Diversity in Harmony Sail with One Start." The event aimed at promoting a comprehensive understanding of diversity and inclusion and its relevance in our workplace. SMCP North America Our North America teams celebrated Pride Month by honoring the LGBTQIA+ community. They participated in digital training courses and promoted resources to foster allyship. SMCP Retail Lab students visit Sandro headquarters Sandro welcomed SMCP Retail Lab students to its head office and workshop where they had the opportunity to meet Evelyne Chetrite, Founder of Sandro and Artistic Director, and Isabelle Allouch, CEO of the brand. Retail Lab students are recruited through an inclusive, cv-free recruitment process, and follow a one-year apprenticeship program in one of our 4 brands to train as a sales assistant. The training alternates between courses given by EMA SUP PARIS, the Institut Français de la Mode or our in-house experts, and in-store presence.
We are thrilled to welcome the latest promotion of SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac's in-house certification training program to our headquarters. This program, built in partnership with EMA SUP PARIS and the Institut Français de la Mode, aims to cultivate unique skills and expertise in the ever-evolving Fashion Retail Industry. During their visit, the promotion had the incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in our ateliers, gaining firsthand experience and insights into the world of SANDRO. They were able to explore the creative process behind our designs and appreciate the attention to detail that defines our brand by having the chance to meet Evelyne Chetrite, our Founder and Artistic Director as well as Isabelle Allouch, our CEO, who provided valuable insights into the strategic direction and future of our company. #SandroParis #training

Claudie Pierlot x Circle Sportswear Spotlight on Claudie Pierlot's new sportswear capsule, created in collaboration with Circle Sportswear, a brand specializing in the design of technical pieces made from materials with a lower environmental impact. The timeless pieces in this capsule are made from recycled polyamide (97%) or from certified lyocell and manufactured in European facilities. An initiative in line with Claudie Pierlot's sustainable development policy, with 80% of the pieces in the Spring/Summer 2024 collection made mainly from materials with reduced environmental impact (organic cotton, recycled wool, Ecovero® viscose, LWG leather, etc.). ____ Coup de projecteur sur la nouvelle capsule sportswear de Claudie Pierlot réalisée en collaboration avec Circle Sportswear, marque spécialisée dans la conception de pièces techniques fabriquées avec des matières à plus faible impact environnemental. Les pièces intemporelles de cette capsule ont été élaborées à partir de polyamide recyclé (97%) ou de lyocell certifié par des labels indépendants, dans le cadre d’une production 100% européenne. SMCP at the Handisport and Employment Forum in Paris A look back at an event organized by the Fédération Française Handisport at the Stade Charlety in Paris to promote access to sport and fight against unemployment among people with disabilities. An intense day for our HR teams, who had the opportunity to talk to many candidates and discover handisport along top-level athletes.
