#Diversity drives innovation, accelerates change, and makes us better at promoting #HealthForAll and #HungerForNone. Read more from Bayer's Jeremy Williams on the importance of striving for a diverse workforce in #agtech.
The principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and justice in the workplace are integral to the success of what we’re trying to do in agtech. I was honored to participate in the opening keynote at the NAPB, National Association for Plant Breeding annual conference, where I shared experiences alongside Justin Raymundo, Bobby J. Smith II, Ph.D., and moderator and keynote Dr. Kristine Callis-Duehl. Bringing this subject to the forefront of a meeting like NAPB’s was a great move that centered this topic among a conference focused on innovation for change. I have a few extra thoughts on what it means to champion a diverse workforce in agtech and I hope you’ll give them a read: #DEI #DEIAJ #AgTech #AgInnovation #NAPB2024
