I started this article by writing a comment to Zahra Hirji, a journalist from Bloomberg, reflecting on her report "One Simple Change to Reduce Your Climate Impact? Swap Out Beef", but noticed I had more to say than just the 300 characters available in the comments section of LinkedIn. 😊 The good news Zahra, is that you and all the beef lovers around the world will be able to continue eating beef! Check it out how in this article. #beefsustainability #sustainablebeef #sustell #animalproteinsustainability #sustainability #decarbonization #netzero #netzerocarbon #netzerotransition
