Our "One Team One Goal" philosophy is deeply ingrained in our offshore operations. At each start-up, we host workshops to ensure every crew member understands and embraces the “One Team One Goal” mindset. It fosters collaboration and prepares our teams for operational excellence, driving our vision of an incident-free environment. These workshops include sessions on the Company HSE Management System, requirements, and essential planning processes. Recently, our crew in Vietnam gathered for an engaging workshop before their deployment on the Shelf Drilling Perseverance jack-up rig for upcoming #OffshoreOperations. The Shelf Drilling Odyssey rig received the "Best Recordable Incident Rate" award at the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter Safety Awards, and the Shelf Drilling Winner rig was honored with the "Best Safety Performance" award at the IADC North Sea Chapter Safety Awards.
