Dots and Stripes

Hi Lovies!

Since summer is coming to a close, I feel very pressured to wear as many of my summer dresses as I can before it gets too cold. I was lucky enough to grab this dress from Modcloth during their huge yearly sale where they are practically giving stuff away. Of course I waited to long to buy stuff and almost all the awesome pieces were sold out in my size (I'll be better prepared next year! lol). But I was very happy to have gotten this very adorable and dainty dress from them. You get the best of both worlds with this piece because it has polka dots and stripes. The dress came with a cream color skinny belt but I swapped it out and used my custom"Blogger" bow tie that I converted into a belt. This bow tie was a huge hit when I wore it for FFFWeek All White Cruise event (see here) and I was so happy when I found out that Wonder Lee was now selling extenders to convert her bow ties into belts. Hopefully if the weather permits, I can wear the rest of my summer dresses before it gets chilly. In the end I have no problem rocking a summer dress with a blazer or jacket lol! Are you still refusing to think about fall and still wearing your summer dresses?
