My name is Kaitlyn Maness Wright. Professionally, I spend most of my time helping companies improve their human capital management processes. In my free time, you will find me: selling items in my online store (Wright's Wagon), playing Hay Day, hunting for Hallmark Barbie ornaments, cooking, trying new foods and restaurants, playing with my cats, reading blogs and the news, or updating my own blog and social media.
