In December I did a weight loss competition at work and lost 11 lbs. in four weeks. I cut out sugar, ate healthy snacks every few hours, and tried to make sure dinner was the smallest meal of the day. It seemed to work. As of last week I got back on course after eating horribly during the holidays.
This time around I have two of my oldest friends joining me, Kathrin of Shop.School.Sleep. and Tiffany of Polka Dotted Cats.
We've been friends since junior high and we all turn 30 this year. To help motivate each other to be happy with our weight by our birthdays we are having a monthly contest: winner collects $5 from the others each month. Hopefully it's enough to hold each other accountable.
