'Work to live' is the credo, so I saved up enough cash and went wandering again in early 2006. This time it was 2 months in South East Asia and 1 month in the Sahara, including a solar eclipse. Now that I'm back, I hope to keep the blog fresh with whatever crosses my mind at the time. I hope you find h4ppy.com an interesting, and perhaps inspiring, read.
Souvenirs for sale in the central market.   Traffic in HCMC is truly crazy. The first two pictures are of Harvey crossing the road, surrounded on all sides by traffic - cars and motos - streaming around him. Zebra crossings have absolutely no meaning or effect.

My previous year off in Africa, Cuba, Central Asia and the Middle East was the time of my life (see archived posts below for more). If anyone has a copy of the first email I sent back then (called 'Spike, Bob and Barney') I'd love to have a copy. My hard drive exploded, so I lost mine.
