hi my name is michael aka twcollins i work in a residental home for old people,my wife also works there as a senior nurse.i was trained to cook in the british army,and have been doing it for 35 years.as you can tell by my recipes
i like to make very rich and tasty food.my boss is very good and doesnt budget me on the food bill,so i can give my residents the best.i do light meals and diets for them that need it.i love my job and hope i can do it for many years to come.regards twcollins
