    Mango and shrimp go so well together! I thought the marinade could have been blended with the jalapeno and maybe even basted onto the shrimp while grilling. Very tasty though, everyone enjoyed :). More in the I Made It II group ---------> Tropical Grilled Mango Shrimp Skewers

    thanks for the nice comment on my Five Spice Ice Cream In Sugared Wonton Cups I came up with that particular combo myself (5 spice with the baked cup) I've made small wonton cups before for appetizers so thought why not a big one to hold a dessert? I looked online and saw a few people had done it. It was really fun to make and look at - and even better to eat :-)

    Thanks for the kind message, sm8085. I don't have any recipes of my own to provide, since I'm not very creative in the kitchen. But I've found that I enjoy the cooking sometimes, occasionally, and the family does too. I came across your recipes, forget exactly how, but the spicey dishes seem right up my alley (and Keni's are a lil spicey too). So, I'll be visiting more often. For the family, I'll have to continue making them the non-spicey stuff. Thank you for the great recipes. When i try one I'll let you know what I think- I am sure I'll love it. 8) Have a great day.

    Lavendar... that must add a gentle aromatic twist.
    Right now I have a broken wrist so on a cooking hiatus but next time I entertain after the annoying cast comes off I'll give this recipe a try for sure.
