    Okay, enough small talk, now that we know each other, how about a favor? Please get out there and root for your Colorado Rockies in the World Series. I'm not a Rockies fan, I'm just a Yankees fan who hates the Red Sawcks and wants to see them get crushed. Is that evil? I'll be rooting for your team, hope you are too. :-)

    I would think the blue cheese dressing would keep for a couple of days. I will take on a blue texture though if refrigerated. When I made it I used it all up on the buffalo wings.
