    This is a good breakfast! There is no way I can eat a 10" tortilla in one sitting, so I used five soft taco size (7-1/2") instead. I put them in the freezer for a week's worth of breakfast. I heat one up in the microwave for 40 seconds on high, flip it and do another 40 seconds on high. Couldn't be much quicker for a weekday! Don't forget the salt and pepper! A bit more in IMI 6/20/16
