Rhianna, long time no see! Hope all is well with you. This recipe is really good…a little time consuming, but once you get the hang of it, it's not so bad.

OMG Rhianna!! I had this as a side dish for every single meal at restaurants in Barcelona (Spain)!! I just arrived from there last night. It is really the side dish for every meal and it is delicious!!

    Good morning Rhianna!
Thank you for your wonderful review on the porco à Alentejana. Vinho verde is a great wine choice! I am amazed you could buy it in the US! My favourite vinho verde is Gazela or Muralhas de Monção.
I thought you came to Portugal on vacation! Didn't get the fact that you actually lived here.. How exciting!
I will post a recipe that maybe you remember... nozes de Cascais.
    Desejo-te um bom dia! :)

De nada, sempre às ordens! :) Did the dinner party go well? Was it your b-day? Sorry I am only replying now but I was away on vacation. I went to the Algarve. Did you have the chance to visit it when you came to Portugal?
    Take care! Ana
