    I just joined this group! I use basically the same recipe except for the sugar. How does this affect the taste?

    For the first post by Reginnia. If a deer is properly cared for at the time of harvest and afterword, there is no game taste to it at all.

    Your welcome, thanks for the add! Yeah that chicken recipe varies over here a bit especially the mayo, I like to use it because it helps keep the sauce on the bird. The chicken you’re cooking in your picture looks great! Do have a recipe you could share? JJ
