    These make soured milk. It is not buttermilk.
    The yogurt recipe might work if it has live culture but the ratio is all wrong. You're just making diluted yogurt.

    Hi Lenora,

    I am in the process of making your Coffee Toffee Ice Cream and notice that there is no ingredient amount listed for the cream that is to be added in the recipe. Can you let me know the amount to be added. We are in the chilling process right now.
