    Thanks for the comment in my Vegetarian Casserole. I have only used strong cheddar but I think it would be a lovely place to experiment with a nice blue cheese or smoked moz. I love cheese!

    Wow, cool that you live so close to Les Paul. I grew up with him in Jersey. He was like a grandfather to me and best friends with my Dad. You live so close to him..that is awesome and you sound so nice....thank you so much ....
