    Nice. I like to cut my Okra into slices about 1/4 inch thick. I think either way will work. I also us Panko. JJ

    Hi there Appoggiatura - and a big welcome to Group Recipes! I will certainly be trying your okra recipe for sure. I love panko and us it a lot - and think it will bring a lovely crunchiness to the fried okra (which I am a big fan of). I'll let you know when I make it...
