    This is great! A simple, quick soup that can use up any veg you have on hand. I happened to have corn, chick peas and zucchini too so this was perfect!

    Hi Skruzel.... thanks for checking out the Crystal Cranberries....they are delicious! They taste kinda like a grown up, homemade gummy bear or something.... that super sweet coating then the burst of sour inside....we loved them! :)

    So glad you tried them! Thanks for letting me know. I gave the recipe to my boss because I thought her kids would like to watch them bake, but she said her son was disappointed because he thought they would explode. :-)
