Japanese Chicken Thighs

- 2 chicken thighs shopping list
- 5 green beans shopping list
- 1 small yellow onion sliced into thin strips shopping list
- 1 shallot finely chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup dashi shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mirin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- green onion for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Skin and chop chicken into small pieces. Saute onion, garlic, beans, shallot and ginger in the dashi for 5 minutes. Add chicken. Halfway through cooking mix soy sauce, mirin and sugar and slowly add half of this mixture to the chicken. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs on top of chicken and let cook until eggs start to harden. Flip mixture into a bowl of hot rice. Serve immediately.
