- 2 limes shopping list
- 2 oranges shopping list
- 1 Cup jicama,chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup sweet red pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup red onion,chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves,chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper,seeded,choppped shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon capers shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Grate 1 teaspoon zest (each) from the lime and orange.
- Peel and section pulp from limes and oranges,chop into 1/2" pieces.
- In bowl combine lime and orange sections,jicama,red pepper,onion,mint,oil,jalapeno pepper,capers,vinegar,lime zest,orange zest,and salt.
- Stir gently until well blended.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours to marry flavors.
- Serve with Stout Chips
