How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until soft but still hold their shape, drain water and place in a large bowl
  • Fry bacon and onions until golden, place on paper towel and pat dry, add to potatoes
  • Add diced hard boiled eggs to large bowl
  • DRESSING"
  • in a seperate bowl mix miracle whip, sugar, mustards and paprika until well combined
  • When potatoes have cooled completely combine with dressing
  • Roughly chop green onions and mix through
  • note: i can usually make 2 batches out of the dressing so add slowly.
