Grilled Steak a la Moroccaine

- 4 lbs flank steak shopping list
- ½ cup olive oil shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 2 T. fresh parsley or 1 T parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 t crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 T. soy sauce shopping list
- ½ cup crushed ginger shopping list
- 1 T ground cumin shopping list
- 2 T cream sherry shopping list
- 1 T chili powder shopping list
- 1 t dried oregano shopping list
- 1 t ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 t turmeric shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients to make a marinade. Marinate steak for 4 hours in the refrigerator
- Reserve Marinade.
- Grill to desired doneness, about 8 minutes per side
- Heat marinade in saucepan for 10 minutes, making sure it comes to a rolling boil
- Cut steaks diagonally into thin slices
- Pour marinade over steaks and serve.
- Serves 8
