How to make it

  • Brown meat in a large skillet or saucepan
  • Drain off any excess fat
  • Stir in onion and cook a few minutes
  • Stir in garlic
  • Add seasoning
  • Move meat and veggies to edge of pan and add paste
  • Cook paste in center of pan until heated thru, stir meat into paste
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients scraping bottom of pan
  • Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Serve with any cooked pasta.

    This'll be going down deep into the tummy tomorrow night - our Sunday, pizza or pasta night...that's if we don't have toasted sangas from the left over roast lamb ;-)
