Chicken Cobbler Casserole

- 6 tablespoons butter, melted and divided shopping list
- 4 cups cubed sourdough rolls shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 medium sweet onions, sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup drained and chopped jarred roasted peppers shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F..
- Toss 4 tablespoons melted butter with the roll cubes, Parmesan cheese and parsley and set aside.
- Saute onions in remaining 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium high heat for 15 minutes OR until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
- Stir in wine, soup, roasted peppers and chicken.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes OR until bubbly.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9" square baking dish.
- Top evenly with bread mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes OR until golden.
