Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 square unsweetened Swiss Baker's chocolate shopping list
- 3 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 2 1/2 c confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 Tbsp light cream shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.
- Once melted, add cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese has softened.
- Pour mixture into a bowl, stir in sugar, and mix well.
- Add vanilla extract and cream.
