Cocoa Peanut Butter Oat Saucepan Cookies

A yummy no bake, saucepan drop cookie! Very delicious blend of oats, peanut butter and chocolate! Very delicious for children and adults. So easy to make the kids will want to help!
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) shopping list
- 1/2 cup Pet evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 3 cups old-fasioned rolled oats shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and oats and cook over medium heat.
- Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.
- Spoon out quickly onto wax paper or aluminum foil.
- Cookies will harden as they set.
