My Buffalo Wings

- 3lbs chicken wings(about 12 whole,wing tips discarded and wing pieces seperated) or 24 wing halves shopping list
- 2Tbs vegetable oil shopping list
- salt,pepper shopping list
- Buffalo sauce; shopping list
- 1/2c Frank's hot sauce shopping list
- 1/3c melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Adjust oven rack to upper middle position and heat oven to 450. Set a large wire rack over a foil-lined jelly roll pan. Spray the rack with cooking spray. Toss wings with oil,salt and pepper in a large bowl
- Arrange in single layer on wire rack over pan and roast till golden brown,about 40-50 mins. Dump the wings into buffalo sauc;toss to coat. Pour the rendered fat from the pan and;turn wings onto foil-lined pan and seperate with a fork. Continue to roast till glaze sets,about 8-10 mins. longer. Serve with blue cheese dressing
- Sauce: Melt butter and mix with Frank's Hot sauce.
- Make a little extra sauce for dipping if you wish
