Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add beaten egg and mix well.
  • Sift dry ingredients together 3 times
  • Add alternately with milk and vanilla to sugar mixture
  • Fill greased and floured muffin tins 2/3 full
  • Bake at 400 F about 15 minutes or until light brown.
  • Remove from pans, dip in melted butter.
  • Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
