Modenese Pork Chops

- 4Tbs butter shopping list
- 4(1" thick) pork chops shopping list
- 1/2c dry white wine shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2tsp crushed dried rosemary shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
How to make it
- R in wine and season with salt,pepper,rosemary and garlic. Simmer,uncovered,for 20 minutes,or till chops are tender. Transfer pork chops to serving plates,and spoon sauce over the meat.
