Grilled Brie With Chutney

- Brie: shopping list
- 1 Pound of brie cheese shopping list
- 1 egg white,beaten,slightly,ranch fresh shopping list
- 3/4 Cup bread Crumbs,fresh shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sage,dried shopping list
- Chutney: shopping list
- 1-1/4 Pound peaches,peeled,chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup cranberries shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 Cup dark brown sugar,firmly packed shopping list
- 1/3 Cup Black currants,dried shopping list
- 1 onion,minced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon candied ginger,minced shopping list
- 1/4 Cup raisins shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon mace shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice shopping list
- 3/4 Cup Spring water shopping list
How to make it
- Using a potato peeler,cut off some of the thick areas of the brie rind around the rim,top and bottom.
- Cut the cheese into 8 wedges.
- Pour the egg white into bowl,place bread crumbs in another bowl.
- Roll the cheese in egg white the dust with bread crumbs.
- Shake off extra crumbs.
- Place cheese on plate and refrigerate until ready to grill.
- For Chutney,which was already prepared and brought with guest(Mixed all ingredients together and simmered for about 30 minutes.)
- On Grill,place the cheese on rack that has been brushed with butter.
- Grill the cheese for about 4 minutes,turn.
- Cheese should be warm and just runny.
- Serve the cheese wedge on a small plate and place chutney on the side.
