this is a great dip with veggies or pita chips... the recipe and photo are fromFinger Foods
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup – finely shredded cucumber, well drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup – shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. – dill weed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. – lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. – minced fresh garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. – salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients until blended well Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
- It is important to let this dip sit in the refrigerator so the flavors will blend together properly.
