Lo Fat Pasta Carbonara

- 3 rashers trimmed and chopped bacon shopping list
- 200g sliced button mushrooms shopping list
- oilive oil spray shopping list
- 3 tspns cornflour shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine shopping list
- 375ml can Carnation low fat creamy evaporated milk shopping list
- 375g spaghetti shopping list
- spring onions shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spray oil into a non stick frypan and fry bacon and mushrooms.
- Blend cornflour with white wine and add to pan with Carnation milk. Cook, stirring til thickened slightly.
- Menawhile, cook spaghetti as per pasket instructions and drain.
- Toos into the sauce and serve with chopped spring onions/shallots and parsley, and of course parmesan!
- You could try this with fresh peas or snow peas added as well...
