How to make it

  • Spray oil into a non stick frypan and fry bacon and mushrooms.
  • Blend cornflour with white wine and add to pan with Carnation milk. Cook, stirring til thickened slightly.
  • Menawhile, cook spaghetti as per pasket instructions and drain.
  • Toos into the sauce and serve with chopped spring onions/shallots and parsley, and of course parmesan!
  • You could try this with fresh peas or snow peas added as well...
