Roasted Red Potatoes

- 12 small red potatoes (can sub. russet) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Dice potatoes into cubes or wedges.
- Toss potatoes with all ingredients.
- Place potatoes single layer on cookie sheet, greased.
- Roast potatoes 40-45 mins, testing for doneness, should be brown.

Good flavor on the front end. Spice shows up on the back end.
Mother doesn't like spicy food but this recipe is good in her view even with the spice.
