Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put raw shrimp into a food processor; pulse for just a few seconds or chop by hand until coarsely ground.
  • In a large bowl; mix together all ingredients except butter
  • shape into eight patties
  • Refrigerate for one hour
  • Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet cook over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, until browned.
  • Drain on paper towels.
