Peach Pecan Ice Cream

Love ice cream? Love peaches? Love nuts? This will satisfy all those cravings. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 cups light cream shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 4 cups finely chopped peeled peaches shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans shopping list
- peach slices shopping list
How to make it
- In very large mixing bowl combine light cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir until sugar dissolves then stir in whipping cream until well combined.
- Stir in chopped peaches and toasted pecans then freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- Garnish with peach slices and serve.
