Brown Sugar Mustard

the brown sugar give this mustard a great flavor... it's good with bratwurst or other sausages... it's a recipe from the Gooseberry Patch series...the recipe makes one cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1/8 cup oil shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- blend mustard and vinegar together in a double boiler
- add eggs and whisk until smooth
- stir in remaining ingredients
- simmer for 5 minutes
- cool and pour into a covered jar.
- keep in the refrigerator
- makes 1 cup
