- 1LB ground pork shopping list
- 1LB GROUND spicy sausage shopping list
- 3 CUPS PLAIN bread CRUMBS shopping list
- 3 WHOLE eggs shopping list
- 1 LARGE onion FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 2 serrano peppers FINELY DICED OR HOWEVER MANY U LIKE shopping list
- AS MANY DASHES OF YOUR FAVE hot sauce AS YOU LIKE shopping list
- 5 scallions THINLY SLICED shopping list
- 1TBSP dry mustard shopping list
- 2TBSP southwest seasoning MIX shopping list
- salt AND PEPPER TO TASTE shopping list
- 4 JARS OF YOUR MOST FAVORITE salsa shopping list
How to make it
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE SALSA AND SCALLIONS IN A LARGE BOWL. IF NEEDED USE MORE THAN 1 BOWL
- USING A MED SIZED SCOOP OF THE MEAT MIXTURE ROLL 2IN MEATBALLS AND PUT ON A BAKING SHEET
- BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 30 -35 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR
- THESE WILL HAVE TO BE BAKED IN ABOUT TWO OR THREE BATCHES DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR PAN AND MEATBALLS
- TRANSFER BROWNED MEATBALLS TO A LARGE CROCK POT OR SLOW COOKER SET TO LOW
- ADD SALSA AND MIX WELL BEING CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK UP THE MEATBALLS
- TOP WITH SLICED SCALLIONS AND SERVE WITH TOOTH PICKS
- AND AN ICE COLD BEER!
