Tex Mex Meatloaf for Two

- 4 ounce can chopped green chilies drained and divided shopping list
- 1/4 cup regular oats uncooked shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons catsup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/3 cup catsup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine 2 tablespoons chopped chilies and next 6 ingredients and stir well.
- Add ground beef and stir just until blended then shape into 2 loaves and place in a square baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Combine catsup, remaining chopped chilies, minced onion and garlic powder in a small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes then spoon over cooked loaves and sprinkle with cheese.

Sounds yummy! I'm doubling the recipe because I think this recipe is going to be a hit and if any is left over it will make wonderful sandwiches the next day. I'm getting started on it right now! Ya got my five!
