Praline Ice Cream Bombe

- 1 3oz. bar of bittersweet chocolate with hazelnuts, chopped shopping list
- 1 c. whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. milk chocolate pieces, melted and cooled to room temperature shopping list
- 2/3 c. hazelnuts, toasted and ground shopping list
- 1/2 cup of toffee pieces shopping list
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- whipped cream, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 5-6 cup mold with plastic wrap.
- Coat wrap with cooking spray and sprinkle in the bottom of the molds with half of the chopped candy bar.
- Chill
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat whipping cream and melted chocolate until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream, hazelnuts and toffee pieces and remaining chopped candy bar into ice cream.
- Transfer to prepared mold. Cover; freeze for several hours until firm.
- Just before serving, unmold and slice to serve.
