Clam and Corn Fritters

- 2 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup clam liquid shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup well drained whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup well drained minced clams shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs then add milk, clam liquid and oil then beat until well blended.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt then beat until well blended.
- Add corn and clams then drop by well rounded tablespoons into hot oil.
- Cook until browned on both sides then drain on paper towels.

Hello....
What a delicious recipe...I have made
Corn and Okra Fritters....but here is
another Fritter that my Grandson will like,
since he likes Corn and Clam Chowder...
I am sure he will 'inhale' these little
