Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and put in a large bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir gently to combine. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir again just before serving.
  • Note: You can easily make as much or as little as you want by adjusting the amounts of the ingredients. To save time on the prep, get the small amounts of vegetables needed from the salad bar at your local grocery store.

Bren that salad sounds soo good! I am going to have to try this recipe this summer! and with either change the ham to smoked turkey, or leave it out as you did and make it a side dish! YUM!

We enjoyed this salad. When I first looked at the recipe I thought that there wasn't enough pasta and too many peas so I cooked two cups of pasta, I couldn't get the shell shaped at the store, and added one cup of peas. Fairly easy to prepare and good on a hot summer day. I didn't add the ham as I wanted this to be a side dish. I served this with a garden salad and grilled Italian sausages.
