Tummy Tickling Tuna Casserole

- 1 pkg. Kraft macaroni n' cheese shopping list
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup / cream of chicken / cream of mushroom. If I'm using leftover chicken instead of tuna, then I use cream of chicken soup. shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cans (6oz) tuna, drained shopping list
- Note: I have prepared this with leftover chicken as well and it's delicious! shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 rib of celery, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 green spring onion, sliced shopping list
- 1-3/4 cups crushed potato chips/crisps with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. onion powder (I like using sour cream and Onion flavoured potato chips/crisps) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare Macaroni n' Cheese dinner as directed.
- When it is done, stir in soup(I like to whisk it first), milk, tuna / chicken, red pepper, celery and onion.
- Spoon mixture into a 2 qt. lightly greased casserole dish and top with crushed potato chips, Parmesan cheese and onion powder mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until completely heated through.
- Makes 4 servings
