Olive Pasta Salad

- 1 1/2 Cups elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice shopping list
- Jar of olives (I used Guiliano brand olives) shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- parmesan cheese (grated, fresh is best) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette (I used Newman's Own) shopping list
- 1 dash italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 Cup peas or cooked soy beans shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil your pasta and drain, add to a large bowl.
- Dice up a handful of olives or as many as you'd think you like.
- Mince garlic
- Mix in all ingredients, don't forget to add a splash of olive juice from the jar or tub for an extra kick of flavor!
- Refrigerate and enjoy for a nice snack when it's too hot!
