These are awful. no sugar, no salt, no oil. They hardly rise and they taste like eating ... better not even try.

Don't see my previous message, but I'm dying to find some Kitchen 88 Yellow Curry Paste in Oregon. My store in Ashland no longer carries it. I would buy a case if I could find it. Help! Thanks... Hornito

Talofa, Bonjour, Gday & thanks for saying yes. Welcome to M.A.S.H., or a reasonable facsimile of that nutty show. I think recipes and cooking should be fun (heck, I think life should be fun) and that a little madness is a good thing. Goza la vida! (Enjoy the life!) RJ

Wow! I never met anyone in the states here who liked onigiri. I've been making them by hand for years, and usually stuff them with umeboshi or salmon/mayo. But I can't wait to try it this way. I usually like to wrap the whole think with the nori. Arigato!

Hi, regarding your question about the pumpkin custard in foil liners, it would probably work--you just need something that will lift it out of the cavity of the muffin tin-- Actually I think that you can buy those little foil tart shells, but they may be a bit small, and buy the time you buy them you probably could have gotten the custard cups at the same price. Anyhow, it's a nice recipe without the extra calories and fat of the pie crust.. definitely worth a try. Tks for peeking in on me.... gail

Hi, The question you had about the rice soy milk in the Horchata, I don't see why not. It actually sounds like it might work out nicely!! Let me know please if you try it that way.
