Cream Tea Scones

- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3 tbsp. white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 5 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 eggs - lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- large granule sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
- Add Butter and mix with pastry cutter (or your hands) until mixture is finely crumbled
- Pour eggs and cream into centre and knead
- Cut with biscuit cutter or a glass
- Sprinkle tops with large granule sugar
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400F
