Chocolate Ginger Sauce

- One 13 oz can coconut milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup palm sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine coconut milk, palm sugar and ginger in saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the palm sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate and whisk until mixture is melted and smooth. Do not put the pan back on the burner of the chocolate -- it will make the chocolate grainy.
